Petroleum Operations means, as the context may require, Exploration Operations, Development Operations or Production Operations or any combination of two or more of such operations, including construction, operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities, plugging and abandonment of Xxxxx, safety, environmental protection, transportation, storage, sale or disposition of Petroleum to the Delivery Point, Site Restoration and any or all other incidental operations or activities as may be necessary.
customs law means all the statutory provisions applied by the customs administration on the importation, exportation, transit or movement of goods whether or not they involve the collection of duties or taxes (or security thereof), on the enforcement of prohibitions, restrictions or control or exchange control regulations or on any other customs regime;
customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.
customs airport means any airport declared under section 9 to be a customs- airport;
Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.
Operation of a System of Records means performance of any of the activities associated with maintaining the SOR, including the collection, use, maintenance, and dissemination of records.
Approved Petroleum Engineers means (a) Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (b) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P. and (c) any other independent petroleum engineers reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
FSA Rules meanss the rules, guidance, principles and codes comprised in the Handbook of Rules and Guidance issued by the FSA.
FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.
customs territory means the territory of the country of each Contracting Party in which the Customs laws of that country are in force;
Approved Petroleum Engineer means any reputable firm of independent petroleum engineers as shall be selected by Borrower and approved by Administrative Agent, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Activities of Daily Living (ADL means the following:
Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;
customs authorities means customs authorities as defined in Article 5, point (1), of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013;
Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls
Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law means all Requirements of Law derived from or relating to foreign, federal, state and local laws or regulations relating to or addressing pollution or protection of the environment, or protection of worker health or safety, including, but not limited to, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., in each case including any amendments thereto, any successor statutes, and any regulations or guidance promulgated thereunder, and any state or local equivalent thereof.
Financial Conduct Authority means the registering authority for societies registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and the Credit Unions Act 1979 set up in terms of the Financial Services Act 2012 or its successor body.
EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.
Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.
Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.
Activities of daily living means at least bathing, continence, dressing, eating, toileting and transferring.
Customs authority means the authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration and enforcement of customs laws and regulations; Customs duty includes any duty or charge of any kind imposed in connection with the importation of goods, but does not include any:
customs control means measures applied by the customs and excise office to ensure compliance with customs legislation;
LBMA means the London Bullion Market Association.
AIM Rules means the rules published by the London Stock Exchange governing admission to AIM and the regulation of AIM companies as amended or re-issued from time to time;
British Council Requirements means the instructions, requirements, policies, codes of conduct, guidelines, forms and other documents notified to the Supplier in writing or set out on the British Council’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/new/about-us/jobs/folder_jobs/register-as-a-consultant/policies-for-consultants-and-associates/ or such other web address as may be notified to the Supplier from time to time (as such documents may be amended, updated or supplemented from time to time during the Term);
