PG&E Information definition

PG&E Information means, for the purposes of these terms and conditions, any and all information concerning PG&E, and its business in any form, including, without limitation, the products and services provided under this Agreement that is disclosed to otherwise learned by Contractor during the performance of this Agreement.

  • Communication between the PLC software and the equipment is transmitted over individual wires connected to the PLC Input/Output (I/O) devices (also referred to as Genius Blocks).The SCADA communication equipment at Milpitas Terminal is located in a separate room with controlled access that is maintained by the PG&E Information System and Technical Services group.

  • At minimum, Contractor will provide PGE with thirty (30) days’ notice of any changes to the technology and security measures used to Process the PGE Information.

  • Contractor agrees that no PGE Information will be outsourced or housed outside the United States of America without prior PGE written authorization.

  • Disclosure Information As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Standard Usage Information means the usage data that is made generally available by the gas utility to all similarly situated Customers on a regular basis, delivered by the gas utility in a standard format.

  • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Tangible Information means information that is contained in written, electronic or other tangible forms.

  • Service Information means information concerning the Services provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with Clause 32.1 for inclusion in the Authority's catalogue and/or any Beneficiary's catalogue from time to time;

  • Covered Disclosure Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Limitations: You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. You may not make additional deposits into this account. You may not make withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. Time Account Information: Your account will mature in the term of the Certificate of Deposit. If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of 180 days interest on the amount withdrawn. This account will automatically renew. You will have 10 CALENDAR DAYS after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. If you do not withdraw the funds, each renewal term will be for an identical period of time as the original term.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Servicer Information As defined in Section 11.07(a).

You agree and acknowledge that we shall have no responsibility or liability or control over any ERP Provider’s disclosure, use or handling of Your Information.3.5 Use of the ERP Linked Services.(a) To use the ERP Linked Services, you must be a subscriber of the ERP Platform or have a valid licence from the ERP Provider to use its ERP Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with your subscription to or licence of the ERP Platform and any infrastructure (including without limitation any equipment, software, network or communication facilities) required to support your use of the ERP Platform. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Confidential Information Memorandum means the Confidential Information Memorandum of the Borrower dated March, 2004, delivered to the Lenders in connection with this Agreement.
