Pharmaceutical Undertaking definition

Pharmaceutical Undertaking or ‘Demerged Undertaking’ means the Demerged Company’s undertaking, business activities and operations pertaining to pharmaceutical business other than Vadodara Undertaking comprising all the assets, (moveable and immoveable, tangible or intangible, real or personal, corporeal or incorporeal, present, future or contingent) and liabilities, which relate thereto or are necessary therefor and including specifically the following:
