Phase 3 Longstop Date definition

Examples of Phase 3 Longstop Date in a sentence

  • Prior to the Phase 3 Longstop Date, ROU shall provide to UPM a status report of its implementation plan in respect of the Road Projects.

  • Before the Phase 3 Longstop Date, ROU shall promote and facilitate entry into the Labour Protocols and procure that the Labour Protocols are consistent with the requirements of this Agreement and the Pulp Mill Framework Construction Agreement.

Related to Phase 3 Longstop Date

  • Longstop Date means 20 September 2020;

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Completion Deadline means June 15, 2020 or such later date as may be mutually agreed by the Parties in writing.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.
