Phase 3 Longstop Date definition

Phase 3 Longstop Date has the meaning given to the termLongstop Date” in the CfD (Phase 3) Agreement;

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.
