Phase II unit definition

Phase II unit means any affected unit that is subject to an acid rain emissions reduction require- ment or acid rain emissions limitation during Phase II only.

  • A Phase II unit approved for early election under § 76.8 shall not be in- cluded in an averaging plan for Phase I.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.
