Phase II unit definition

Phase II unit means any affected unit that is subject to an acid rain emissions reduction require- ment or acid rain emissions limitation during Phase II only.
Phase II unit means any affected unit, except an affected unit under rules 3745-103-22 to 3745-103-54 of the Administrative Code, that is subject to an acid rain emissions reduction requirement or acid rain emissions limitation during phase II only.

Phase II unit means a fossil-fuel-fired unit that began operating on or after November 15, 1990, that serves a generator that generates electricity at a rated output of fifteen (15) megawatts or more and that is operating in the seventh or later control period following the date of commencement of initial operation. For the purposes of this definition, operation during any portion of a control period qualifies as operation in that control period.

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

The drug candidate can be administered to patients as a single agent or in combination with other investigational or marketed agents.

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.
