Physical Fitness Program definition

Physical Fitness Program attached as Exhibit “I.” It is agreed this program is under development and that constant evaluation is a benefit to City and Union membership.

Examples of Physical Fitness Program in a sentence

  • The physical fitness program as set forth in General Order 11.10 and as outlined in the Physical Fitness Program Information Booklet (revised July, 1993) shall remain in effect, and shall be available to all employees covered under this MOU.

  • Participants are entitled to receive Training Incentive payment for either 3 Quarter Units or the Voluntary Physical Fitness Program.

  • Forest Rangers who successfully meet a minimum of 60/70th percentile as part of the Forest Ranger Physical Fitness Program will be eligible to receive a physical fitness incentive payment once each calendar year.

  • District Forest Rangers and Regional Forest Rangers who successfully meet a minimum of 60/70th percentile as part of the Forest Ranger Physical Fitness Program will be eligible to receive a physical fitness incentive payment once per year.

  • The parties agree to reopen on mandatory Physical Fitness Program and pay incentive upon mutual agreement.

  • Further, rehired employees will be allowed to participate in the Voluntary Physical Fitness Program.

  • Sworn Helena Police Department members will have the option to participate in the Physical Fitness Program.

  • All employees shall participate in the established, mutually agreed upon, mandatory Fire Department Physical Fitness Program most recently modified in November 1989.

  • The Employer’s “Health and Physical Fitness Program, File 9-500.23,” shall be the program by which overall wellness will be maintained.

  • Disciplinary action in connection with the Physical Fitness Program shall be taken only in the event employees fail to participate in the program as prescribed.

Related to Physical Fitness Program

  • Physical abuse means any physical injury, mental injury, or threatened injury, inflicted by a person responsible for the child’s care other than by accidental means; or any physical or mental injury that cannot reasonably be explained by the child’s history of injuries or any aversive or deprivation procedures, or regulated interventions, that have not been authorized by Minn. Stat. § 125A.0942 or § 245.825.

  • Library means an organized collection of resources made accessible to the public for reference or borrowing supported with money derived from taxation.

  • Physical examination means the assessment of an individual’s health by a professional licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy, or by an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.
