Examples of Physical force in a sentence
Physical force may only be used to stop a behavior that may cause immediate harm to the individual or to a child, youth or others.
Physical force may only be used to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the student, yourself and others, and to protect property as may be reasonable.
Physical force shall not be used against individuals in restraints, except as objectively reasonable to prevent their escape or prevent imminent bodily injury to the individual, the officer, or another person.
Physical force may only be used to restrain individuals from inflicting harm on themselves and/or others.
Forcible compulsion (AL Code § 13A-6-60 (2016)): Physical force that overcomes earnest resistance or a threat, express or implied, that places a person in fear of immediate death or serious physical injury to himself or another person.
