Physical Health Assessment definition

Physical Health Assessment means a series of services that are provided to evaluate an individual’s a client’s medical history and present physical condition and include a medical history, a nursing physical screen, a physical examination, laboratory tests, tests for contagious diseases, and other related diagnostic tests.
