Examples of Physical or mental handicap in a sentence
Physical or mental handicap means a severe disability of a person which: a) is attributed to a physical or mental impairment or combination of physical or mental impairments; b) is manifested before the person attains age 26; c) is likely to continue indefinitely; and d) results in incapability of performing self-sustaining employment.
The right not to be discriminated against for receiving services on the basis of race, ethnicity, age, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, lifestyle, Physical or mental handicap, developmental disability, HIV infection, whether asymptomatic or symptomatic, or AIDS related complex, AIDS, or inability to pay.
