Physically accessible means a facility that persons with functional limitations caused by impairments of sight, hear- ing, coordination, cognition or perception, or persons with dis- abilities that cause them to be semi−ambulatory or non−ambula- tory may readily enter, leave and circulate within, and in which they can use public rest rooms and elevators.

  • Accessible as used in this Agreement, means a person with a disability is afforded the opportunity to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same services as a person without a disability in an equally effective and equally integrated manner, with substantially equivalent ease of use.
