PIK Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1.

More Definitions of PIK Loans

PIK Loans means, collectively, the Revolving PIK Loans and the Term PIK Loans.
PIK Loans means the senior secured accreting convertible loans owed by Parent under the terms of the Secured PIK/Term Loan Documents.
PIK Loans the collective reference to the PIK Initial Loans and the PIK Term Loans.
PIK Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(c).
PIK Loans means the loans from time to time deemed borrowed under the Revolving Facility as payment in kind of the premiums under the Amendment No. 2 Fee Letter.

Related to PIK Loans

  • PIK Loan means a Loan that permits the Obligor thereon to defer or capitalize any portion of the accrued interest thereon.

  • Senior Loans means the loans and other extensions of credit made by the Senior Lenders to Borrower pursuant to the Senior Credit Agreement.

  • Tranche B Term Loans means the Loans made by Lenders to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii).

  • Term Loan Advances are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
