Pipeline Blend definition

Pipeline Blend means a mixture of SELLER’s Pipeline Fill and Product.

  • Seller agrees that under no circumstances shall it make a Delivery of Fuel to Hawaiian Electric should the computer blend simulation or any other information available to Seller indicate a quality problem with the Fuel or Pipeline Blend, without Hawaiian Electric’s express written permission.

  • To provide an early warning of any quality problems with the Product Delivered as a result of a Pipeline Blend, Seller shall perform a pre-shipment computer blend simulation representing the quality of Seller’s LSFO from the issuing tank(s) as indicated in the relevant Certificates of Quality or preliminary laboratory analyses of the Tank Final Samples and the quality of Seller’s Pipeline Fill as indicated in the relevant laboratory analyses.

  • SELLER agrees that under no circumstances shall it make a Pipeline Delivery of Product to HECO should the computer blend simulation or any other information available to SELLER indicate a quality problem with the Pipeline Blend that would cause a Pipeline Delivery to not conform to the Specifications, without HECO’s express written permission.

Related to Pipeline Blend

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Wireline backhaul facility means a facility used to transport services by wire or fiber-optic cable from a wireless facility to a network.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Coal means high-grade, medium-grade and low-grade category A and B coal within the meaning of the international codification system for coal established by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and clarified in the Council decision of 10 December 2010 on State aid to facilitate the closure of uncompetitive coal mines;

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Food processing plant means a commercial operation that manufactures, packages, labels or stores food for human consumption and does not provide food directly to a consumer. “Food processing plant” does not include any of the following:

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Transportation project or "project" means any or the

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Storage tank means an aboveground storage tank or underground storage tank as defined by this Regulation.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Midstream Assets means (i) assets used primarily for gathering, transmission, storage, processing or treatment of natural gas, natural gas liquids or other hydrocarbons or carbon dioxide and (ii) equity interests of any Person that has no substantial assets other than assets referred to in clause (i).

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that has equipment used to produce electric energy and forms of useful thermal energy (such as heat or steam) for industrial, commercial, heating or cooling purposes, through the sequential use of energy.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.
