Pipeline Construction Contract definition

Pipeline Construction Contract means the Construction Contract, dated as of May 22, 2006, by and between the Company and IBI d/b/a Industrial Builders (as may be amended, restated, supplemented, otherwise modified or replaced).

  • Pipeline Construction means a substantial disturbance to agricultural land associated with installation, replacement, removal, operation or maintenance of a pipeline, but shall not include work performed during an emergency.
