Pipeline facilities definition

Pipeline facilities means new and existing pipe rights-of-way and any equipment, facilities, or buildings regulated under:
Pipeline facilities including gathering lines, means new and existing pipe rights−of−way and any equipment, facili- ties, or buildings.
Pipeline facilities means pipelines, pumps, compressors, storage, and all other facilities, structures, and properties incidental and necessary or useful in the interconnection of pipelines or the transportation, distribution, and delivery of energy-related commodities to points of sale or consumption or to the point or points of distribution for consumption located within and without this state.
