Pipeline Right of Way definition

Pipeline Right of Way or “ROW” shall mean the strip of land or water upon which the Pipeline is located and on which the Defendant Magellan has a legal right to bury, maintain and access the Pipeline.
Pipeline Right of Way means each or any of, and "Pipeline Rights-of- Way" means all of, the AAPL Rights-of-Way and the CGC Rights-of-Way.
Pipeline Right of Way means all easements, rights of ways, licences, crossing agreements and other similar agreements that are required to allow, for each Party, respectively, to construct, operate, repair, maintain, replace, inspect or otherwise access their respectively owned and operated portions of the Regional Water Transmission Line(s) and the Regional Wastewater Transmission Line(s).

Related to Pipeline Right of Way

  • Right-of-way means and refers to the total land required and acquired for the project, both in its width and length, together with all way leaves, easements, unrestricted access and other rights of way, howsoever described, necessary for construction and maintenance of the Project Highway in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Public right-of-way means only the area of real property in which the City has a dedicated or acquired right-of-way interest in the real property. It shall include the area on, below or above the present and future streets, alleys, avenues, roads, highways, parkways or boulevards dedicated or acquired as right-of-way. The term does not include the airwaves above a right-of-way with regard to wireless telecommunications or other non-wire telecommunications or broadcast service, easements obtained by utilities or private easements in platted subdivisions or tracts.

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;
