Pipeline Right of Way or “ROW” shall mean the strip of land or water upon which the Pipeline is located and on which the Defendant Magellan has a legal right to bury, maintain and access the Pipeline.

Related to Pipeline Right of Way

  • Right-of-way means and refers to the total land required and acquired for the project, both in its width and length, together with all way leaves, easements, unrestricted access and other rights of way, howsoever described, necessary for construction and maintenance of the Project Highway in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Public right-of-way means only the area of real property in which the City has a dedicated or acquired right-of-way interest in the real property. It shall include the area on, below or above the present and future streets, alleys, avenues, roads, highways, parkways or boulevards dedicated or acquired as right-of-way.
