Plan Director definition

Plan Director means the Vice PresidentHuman Resources of CECONY or such other person or persons as may from time to time be designated by the Company or the Chief Executive Officer of CECONY to act as such Plan Director in respect of the Plan. The Plan Director shall serve as such without compensation and at the discretion of the Company or the Chief Executive Officer of CECONY. The Plan Director shall be authorized to act on behalf of the Company and each Participating Employer.
Plan Director means the individual appointed by the Compensation Committee to handle the day-to-day administration of the ESPP on a ministerial basis as specified in Section 5.2(b).
