Plan Director definition

Plan Director means the Vice President—Human Resources of CECONY or such other person or persons as may from time to time be designated by the Company or the Chief Executive Officer of CECONY to act as such Plan Director in respect of the Plan. The Plan Director shall serve as such without compensation and at the discretion of the Company or the Chief Executive Officer of CECONY. The Plan Director shall be authorized to act on behalf of the Company and each Participating Employer.

  • Plan Sponsor means an employer, trustee, trade union or association or a combination of them that establishes a capital accumulation plan, and includes a plan service provider to the extent that the plan sponsor has delegated its responsibilities to the plan service provider; and

  • Eligible Director means a person who is (i) a “non-employee director” within the meaning of Rule 16b-3 under the Exchange Act, and (ii) an “outside director” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Department Director means the director of the department of human rights.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Participating Employer means any trade or business (whether or not incorporated) which adopts this Plan with the consent of the Company identified in the Adoption Agreement.
