Plan Operator definition

Plan Operator means the Person that develops, implements, and operates a Stewardship Plan, including, but not limited to, a Producer or Stewardship Organization.
Plan Operator means the person, company or organization that develops, implements and operates a product stewardship plan, including but not limited to a producer or stewardship organization.
