Plan Retirement Date definition

Plan Retirement Date is June 15, 2019.
Plan Retirement Date is the Executive’s 65th birthday.

Examples of Plan Retirement Date in a sentence

  • If the Corporation terminates the Executive’s employment prior to his Plan Retirement Date for “Cause”, the Executive shall not be entitled to any benefits under the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Executive shall receive his Normal Retirement Benefit on the first day of the month following the attainment of his Plan Retirement Date.

  • If the Participant voluntarily terminates his employment at any time prior to his Plan Retirement Date, then the Participant shall not be entitled to any benefits under the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Participant shall be entitled to receive payments prior to his or her Plan Retirement Date if he or she is disabled.

  • The termination of a Participant's service on the Board of Directors of the Corporation on or after the Participant has reached his or her Plan Retirement Date.

  • In the event that the employment of the Executive shall terminate prior to his Plan Retirement Date, other than by his death or his discharge for actions inimical to the Corporate interests, but including his disability, then this Agreement shall terminate upon the date of such termination of employment and the Corporation shall pay to the Executive as severance compensation the present value (“Actuarial Equivalent”) of his “Accrued Benefit”.

  • If the termination of an Executive’s service occurs within twenty-four (24) months following a Change in Control, then Executive will be entitled to a lump sum payment equal to his (i) Normal Retirement Benefit increased by 50% if he has not attained his Plan Retirement Date, or (ii) the sum of his remaining installment payments increased by 50% if he has attained his Plan Retirement Date.

  • The termination of a Participant's employment with the Corporation and all Affiliates on or after the Participant has reached his or her Plan Retirement Date.

  • The other officer is eligible to receive an annual benefit payable in fifteen installments equal to 50% of his Benefit Computation Base following the attainment of his Plan Retirement Date.

  • If the Participant's service as a Board Member is terminated due to Disability, the benefit payable hereunder shall be the same amount as would have been payable as a Retirement Benefit under Section 5.2 above had the Participant attained his or her Plan Retirement Date on the date of the Disability.

  • Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.

  • Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;

  • Retirement Date means the date as of which a Participant retires for reasons other than Total and Permanent Disability, whether such retirement occurs on a Participant's Normal Retirement Date or Late Retirement Date (see Section 6.1).

  • Early Retirement Date means: the day on which a Participant who has attained age fifty-five (55), but has not reached age sixty-five (65), with ten (l0) or more years of Credited Service, retires. A Participant is eligible for early retirement on the first day of the calendar month coincidental with or immediately following the attainment of age fifty-five (55) and the completion of ten (l0) years of Credited Service, and "early retirement" shall mean retirement by an eligible Participant at the Early Retirement Date.

  • Late Retirement Date means the first day of the month coinciding with or next following a Participant's actual Retirement Date after having reached his Normal Retirement Date.

  • Postponed Retirement Date means the first day of the month coincident with or next following a Participant’s date of actual retirement which occurs after his Normal Retirement Date.

  • Earliest Retirement Age means the earliest date on which, under the Plan, the Participant could elect to receive retirement benefits.

  • Qualifying Retirement means the Employee’s voluntary termination of employment after the Employee has (i) attained (X) age sixty-five (65), (Y) age fifty-five (55) with ten (10) Years of Service as a full-time employee of the Partnership or any of its Affiliates, or (Z) an age which, when added to such Years of Service of the Employee equals at least seventy-five (75), and (ii) previously delivered a written notice of retirement to the Partnership and on the date of retirement the Employee has satisfied the minimum applicable advance written notice requirement set forth below: By way of illustration, and without limiting the foregoing, if (i) the Employee is eligible to retire at age fifty-nine (59) after ten (10) Years of Service, (ii) the Employee gives two (2) years notice at age fifty-eight (58) that the Employee intends to retire at age sixty (60), and (iii) the Employee later terminates employment at age fifty-nine (59), then the Employee’s retirement at age fifty-nine (59) would not constitute a Qualifying Retirement. However, if (i) the Employee is eligible to retire at age fifty-nine (59) after ten (10) Years of Service, (ii) the Employee gives two (2) years notice at age fifty-eight (58) that the Employee intends to retire at age sixty (60), and (iii) the Employee terminates employment upon reaching age sixty (60), then the Employee’s retirement at age sixty (60) would constitute a Qualifying Retirement.

  • Special Retirement means an Optionee’s termination of employment or service with the Employers and Affiliates on or after the later of (i) the Optionee’s attainment of age 62 and (ii) the Optionee’s Early Retirement Date or Normal Retirement Date, as such terms are defined in the Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. Pension Plan.

  • Individual retirement account means an individual retirement account under Section 408 of the Code, a Roth IRA under Section 408A of the Code, a simplified employee pension under Section 408(k) of the Code or a simple retirement account for employees under Section 408(p) of the Code.

  • Qualified Retirement means a retirement from Service by the Executive in which, at the time of such retirement, the sum of the Executive’s age and aggregate 12-month completed periods of Service (whether or not such completed 12-month periods are consecutive), in each case without giving credit for any partial years, equals or exceeds 75.

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.

  • Disability retirement for plan 1 members, means the period

  • Retirement Eligible means that the Participant has either attained age 55 and completed ten (10) years of Service as an Employee or attained age 60 and completed five (5) years of Service as an Employee.

  • Normal Retirement means retirement from active employment with the Company or any Subsidiary on or after age 65.

  • Normal Retirement Benefit means the benefit described in Section 2.1.

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Normal Retirement Age means the Executive's 65th birthday.

  • Retirement Age means the earlier to occur of the Participant attaining: (i) age 65 or more; or (ii) age 60 or more with at least 15 years of continuous Service, provided that the Participant has continuously remained in Service from the Award Date until the earlier to occur of (i) or (ii).

  • Early Retirement Benefit means the retirement benefit payable to a member following early

  • Retirement Eligibility means attainment of age 60 and completion of at least five (5) years of continuous service with the Company.

  • Social Security Retirement Age means the age used as the retirement age under Section 216(l) of the Social Security Act, applied without regard to the age increase factor and as if the early retirement age under Section 216(l)(2) of such Act were 62.

  • Accrued Benefit means the amount standing in a Participant's Account(s) as of any date derived from both Employer contributions and Employee contributions, if any.

  • Early Retirement Age means the date that the Executive has attained age 55 and completed seven Years of Service.
