Planned Capital Expenditures definition
Planned Capital Expenditures means the Capital Expenditures described on Schedule 1.
Planned Capital Expenditures means, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, $6.0 million in fiscal year 2004, $6.5 million in fiscal year 2005 and for each fiscal year thereafter, representing the planned amount of Capital Expenditures of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such periods.
Planned Capital Expenditures means the Capital Expenditures described on Schedule 1. “Planned NRR” means the NRR described on Schedule 2.

Planned Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures, the timing, amount and purpose of which is provided for in the Capital Expenditure Plan.

Planned Capital Expenditures has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Excess Cash Flow”. “Platform” means Debt Domain, Intralinks, Syndtrak or a substantially similar electronic transmission system. “PPSA” means the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario), including the regulations thereunder, as from time to time in effect, provided that, if validity, perfection or the effect of perfection or non-perfection or the priority of any Lien created hereunder on the Collateral is governed by the personal property security legislation or other applicable legislation with respect to personal property security in effect in a jurisdiction other than Ontario, “PPSA” shall mean the personal property security legislation as in effect in such other jurisdiction from time to time for the provisions hereof relating to such validity, perfection or effect of perfection or non-perfection, as the case may be. “Preferred Stock” means any Equity Interest with preferential rights of payment of dividends or upon liquidation, dissolution, or winding-up. “Prepayment Event” means any Asset Sale Prepayment Event, Debt Incurrence Prepayment Event or Casualty Event. “Prime Rate” means the rate of interest last quoted by The Wall Street Journal as the “Prime Rate” in the U.S. or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases to quote such rate, the highest per annum interest rate published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 (519) (Selected Interest Rates) as the “bank prime loan” rate or, if such rate is no longer quoted therein, any similar rate quoted therein (as determined by the Administrative Agent) or any similar release by the Federal Reserve Board (as determined by the Administrative Agent). Each change in the Prime Rate shall be effective from and including the date such change is publicly announced or quoted as being effective. “Projections” means the projections of the U.S. Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries included in the lender presentation dated as of July 20, 2023 and any other projections and any forward-looking statements of such entities furnished to the Lenders or the Agent by or on behalf of the U.S. Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries prior to the Closing Date. “PTE” means a prohibited transaction class exemption issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as any such exemption may be amended from time to time. “Public-Sider” means a Lender whose representatives may trade in securities of the U.S. Borrower or its controlling person or any of its ...
