Planning Resource definition

Planning Resource has the meaning given to such term in the MISO Rules.
Planning Resource has the meaning given to such term in the MISO Rules. “Potential Event of Default” means an event, circumstance or occurrence that, with notice or the passage of time (without prejudice to a right to cure) or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

Examples of Planning Resource in a sentence

  • On October 1, 2015, the FERC issued an order authorizing Enforcement to conduct a non-public, formal investigation, with subpoena authority, regarding violations of FERC’s regulations, including its prohibition against electric energy market manipulation, that may have occurred in connection with, or related to, MISO’s April 2015 Planning Resource Auction for the 2015/16 power year.

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Planning Period means the 12 moths beginning June 1 and extending through May 31 of the following year, or such other period approved by the Members Committee.

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.
