Plant Fuel definition

Plant Fuel means the MMBTU’s of Gas consumed at the Plant for fuel which shall include, but shall in no way be limited to, fuel used for Gas compression, conditioning and treating; recovery, extraction, and removal of Plant Products; and the recompression of the Residue Gas.
Plant Fuel means Gas which is metered and consumed to power and/or operate processes or equipment in the Plants.
Plant Fuel means that portion of gas used for the operation of the Processor’s Plant, including but not limited to plant compression, which shall be equal to ** of the inlet quantity of Producer’s Gas delivered to Processor at the Receipt Point(s), as expressed on an MMBtu basis. SPECIFIC TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN SEPARATELY FILED WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).

Examples of Plant Fuel in a sentence

  • Processor shall bear and be responsible for the total amount of sales and/or use taxes associated with Plant Fuel attributable to the Strangers' Gas Stream delivered to Processor pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Title to and ownership of Strangers' Gas Stream shall not pass to or vest in Processor as a consequence of this Agreement; provided, however, that title to Plant Fuel and Plant Products attributable to the processing and fractionation of Strangers' Gas Stream pursuant to this Agreement shall pass to and vest in Processor as and when such Plant Products are extracted and fractionated from the stream of Strangers' Gas and as and when Plant Fuel is consumed at the Plant.


More Definitions of Plant Fuel

Plant Fuel means the quantity of Gas or other hydrocarbons purchased by Processor to operate the Plant.
Plant Fuel means that volume and associated MMBTU of Gas used to extract and fractionate Plant Products as determined pursuant to Article V herein including lost and unaccounted for gas.
Plant Fuel means, with respect to a Plant, Gas used to operate such Plant.
Plant Fuel means, as to any applicable Month, the MMBtu volume of metered Gas or other hydrocarbons used or consumed as fuel in the operation (including compression) of the Century Plant or the Legacy Plants, as applicable.
Plant Fuel means that portion of gas used for the operation of the Processor’s Plant, including but not limited to plant compression, which shall be equal to ** of the inlet quantity of Producer’s Gas delivered to Processor at the Receipt Points, as expressed on an MMBtu basis.

Plant Fuel means the quantity of Gas or other hydrocarbons used or consumed as fuel, or flared, lost, unaccounted for or otherwise used or consumed in the operation of the Processing Plant.
