Metered Energy means the quantity of electric energy, expressed in kWh, as measured by (i) the CAISO-Approved Meter(s), which quantity will be adjusted so as not to include compensation factors, if any, introduced by the CAISO into the CAISO-Approved Meter(s) other than (x) electric energy consumed within the generator collection system as losses between the generator(s) and the high voltage side of the Generating Facility output transformer(s) and, (y) if applicable, the Generating Facility’s radial line losses, or (ii) Check Meters, as applicable, in each case for the specified Metering Interval.
Unmetered Load means electricity consumed on the Network that is not directly recorded using Metering Equipment, but is calculated or estimated in accordance with the Code;
Residual Metered Load means all load remaining in an electric distribution company’s fully metered franchise area(s) or service territory(ies) after all nodally priced load of entities serving load in such area(s) or territory(ies) has been carved out.
Electricity means Active Energy and Reactive Energy.
Electricity Supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.
Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.
Residue Gas means (i) the material that remains after a separation, treatment, or gas conditioning process, and (ii) that gas remaining after the recovery of Natural Gas Liquids to produce a Pipeline-Quality Natural Gas. If the gas is processed to remove liquefiable hydrocarbons in a series of Processing Plants, then the Residue Gas is that gas remaining after the recovery of Natural Gas Liquids to produce a Pipeline-Quality Natural Gas at the last Processing Plant in the series.
Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.
Meter means a device which records the demand and/or the electrical energy consumed and includes conventional and prepayment meters;
Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
Process Gas means gas used for which altemate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.
Bottled water means water that is placed in a safety sealed container or package for human 696 consumption. Bottled water is calorie free and does not contain sweeteners or other additives except 697 that it may contain: (i) antimicrobial agents; (ii) fluoride; (iii) carbonation; (iv) vitamins, minerals, and 698 electrolytes; (v) oxygen; (vi) preservatives; and (vii) only those flavors, extracts, or essences derived 699 from a spice or fruit. "Bottled water" includes water that is delivered to the buyer in a reusable 700 container that is not sold with the water.
Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.
Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.
Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;
Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.
Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).
Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;
Produced water means water recovered from an underground reservoir as a result of crude oil, condensate, or natural gas production and which may be recycled, disposed, or re-injected into an underground reservoir.
Entry Point means a point just downstream of the final treatment operation, but upstream of the first user and upstream of any mixing with other water. If raw water is used without treatment, the “entry point” is the raw water source. If a PWS receives treated water from another PWS, the “entry point” is a point just downstream of the other PWS, but upstream of the first user on the receiving PWS, and upstream of any mixing with other water.
kWh means kilowatt-hour.
