Planter Strip definition

Planter Strip or “Park Strip” shall mean the area between the curb and the sidewalk, or publicly owned land adjacent to a publicly owned street or sidewalk.
Planter Strip means a strip of public right-of-way between roadway and sidewalk.
Planter Strip means that part of a street right-of-way between the abutting property line and the curb or traveled portion of the street, exclusive of any sidewalk.
