Planting Quality Inspection System definition

Planting Quality Inspection System means the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations planting quality inspection system in effect immediately prior to the commencement of Work.
Planting Quality Inspection System means Coastal NRM of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development`s planting quality inspection system in effect immediately prior to the commencement of Work.
Planting Quality Inspection System means the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations planting quality inspection system in effect immediately prior to the commencement of Work, recorded on the FS 704 form.

  • The Company shall calculate performance quality in accordance with the Planting Quality Inspection System and shall declare any contiguous area greater than one-tenth (1/10) hectare unsatisfactorily treated when planting quality for the plots within the area is less than the minimum acceptable standard of 85%.

  • Unless waived by the Ministry Representative, seedlings must be deemed wasted or unaccounted for when the number of seedlings planted in a Payment Unit, as measured using the Approved Planting Quality Inspection System, plus 10 percent (or the standard error of the estimate, whichever is greater) is less than the number of trees the planting contractor has claimed to have planted in the Payment Unit.

  • An Inspector must inspect the Work, in a timely manner, in accordance with the Approved Planting Quality Inspection System to ensure all Work is performed to the FFT Standards.
