Pledged Equipment definition

Pledged Equipment means, collectively, all Pledged Flight Simulators and all Ground Service Equipment of the types set forth in Schedule 2 hereto.

Pledged Equipment means all Equipment which is subject to a First Priority Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Creditors.

Pledged Equipment means, collectively, those items of equipment owned by the Partnership and listed on Schedule 1-A to the Participation Agreement and any Otherwise Encumbered Pledged Units (as defined in the Collateral Agency Agreement) which have been purchased by the Partnership as contemplated by Section 3.19 of the Collateral Agency Agreement, together with any and all replacements thereof and any and all accessions, additions, improvements to and replacements from time to time incorporated or installed in any item thereof which are property of the Lessee, provided that any Otherwise Encumbered Pledged Units which have been purchased by the Partnership shall be deemed "Pledged Equipment" only on and after the date so purchased and provided further that on and after the Second Closing Date (as defined in the Collateral Agency Agreement), "Pledged Equipment" shall exclude the Special Collateral.

• Any such proceeds or awards that relate to Collateral consisting of Inventory or Pledged Equipment shall be applied to payment of the Revolver Loans, and then to any other Obligations outstanding.

More Definitions of Pledged Equipment

Pledged Equipment means all Equipment in all of its forms, including, without limitation, all machinery, tools, Motor Vehicles, vessels, passenger loading bridges, Fixtures, furniture, and all parts thereof and all accessions thereto and all Software related thereto (including, without limitation, Software that is embedded in and is part of the Equipment).
