Special Collateral definition

Special Collateral shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.3.
Special Collateral means that portion of the Collateral evidenced by Chattel Paper, Instruments or Documents.
Special Collateral has the meaning set forth in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
