Pledged Interest Issuers definition

Pledged Interest Issuers means each Person identified in Attachment 1 hereto as the issuer of the Pledged Interests (including the maker of each Pledged Note) identified opposite the name of such Person and each Person whose ownership, equity or other similar interests, including shares of Capital Stock, Partnership Interests and LLC Interests, are , or are required to be pledged hereunder and under the Credit Agreement from time to time.

Examples of Pledged Interest Issuers in a sentence

The term includes the undertakings of any surety or guarantor for the buyer and any interest in, encumbrance on, or pledge of real or personal property other than the motor vehicle that is the subject of the installment sale contract.

  • Replacement Notes means Notes issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Notes in accordance with Article II hereof.

  • Pledged LLC Interests means all right, title and interest of any Grantor as a member of any LLC and all right, title and interest of any Grantor in, to and under any LLC Agreement to which it is a party.

  • Euro Notes means the Euro Global Notes and the Euro Definitive Registered Notes, collectively.

  • Revolver Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1 hereto, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Revolver Advances, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, renewals, substitutions and supplements thereto or replacements thereof and “Revolver Note” means any one of such Revolver Notes.

  • Pledged Debt Securities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.01.

  • Initial Pledged Shares means, collectively, with respect to each Pledgor, the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of each issuer described in Schedule 11 annexed to the Perfection Certificate together with all rights, privileges, authority and powers of such Pledgor relating to such interests in each such issuer or under any Organizational Document of each such issuer, and the certificates, instruments and agreements representing such shares of capital stock and any and all interest of such Pledgor in the entries on the books of any financial intermediary pertaining to the Initial Pledged Shares.
