Pledged Net TIF Revenues definition

Pledged Net TIF Revenues means eighty percent (80%) of Net TIF Revenues generated within the Allocation Area pledged to the City for payment of the Bonds pursuant to the Pledge Resolution, and an amount of Tax Increment in excess thereof as determined by the Clerk-Treasurer on January 15th each year to be used to redeem all or any portion of the in the manner set forth under Section 4.2(e) of the Financing Agreement and Section 5.01 of this Indenture.
