Plot means two or more lots in which the rights to inter have been sold as a unit.
Lot Size means the number Underlying Assets in one Lot in a CFD.
Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.
Basal area means the effective surface area available to transmit the treated effluent from the filter media in a mound system into the in-situ receiving soils. The perimeter is measured at the interface of the imported fill material and in-situ soil. On sloping sites, only the area down-gradient from the up-slope edge of the distribution media may be included in this calculation.
Lot, Corner means a lot abutting upon two (2) or more streets at their intersection.
Layout means a conceptual drawing sufficient to provide for the specified stormwater management facilities required at the time of approval.
Mining Xxx 0000 means (unless the context otherwise requires) the Mining Xxx 0000 and the amendments thereto and the regulations made thereunder as in force on 31st December, 1981;
Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.
Lot Frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.
Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.
Lot depth Means the horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines. If the front and rear lot lines are not parallel, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the middle of the rear lot line. If there is no rear lot line, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the apex of the triangle formed by the side lot lines. Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:
Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.
Loose-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that is designed to form a partial seal with the face.
plantation means any land used for the growing and harvesting of crops;
Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
Lot, interior means a lot other than a corner lot.
stacked townhouse means a building, other than a townhouse or apartment building, containing at least 3 dwelling units, each dwelling unit being separated from the other vertically and/or horizontally, and each dwelling unit having an entrance to grade shared with no more than 3 other units;
Bulkhead means an airtight structure separating the working chamber from free air or from another chamber under a lower pressure than the working pressure;
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.
Grab means an individual sample collected at such time and location as to be representative of the discharge.
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.
Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
storey means that portion of a building which is situated between the top of any floor and the top of the floor next above it, and if there is no floor above it, that portion between the top of such floor and the ceiling above it.
