Podpůrné dokumenty doklad o uskutečnění aktivit a vytvořených výstupech se předkládá ve formě popisu těchto aktivit a výstupů v závěrečné zprávě. Dále musí příjemce zajistit, aby byly vytvořené výstupy k dispozici ke kontrolám a auditům v prostorách příjemce a partnerů projektu.
