Point of Departure means Edmonton.
Point of Departure means: (i) Montreal - for all communities in the Baffin Region. Winnipeg - for all communities in the Keewatin Region. Edmonton - for all communities in the Kitikmeot, Inuvik and Fort Xxxxx Regions and Yellowknife Headquarters. (ii) The point of departure for each community in the above regions shall remain in effect for the term of this Collective Agreement notwithstanding any regional reorganization.
