When electricity is measured at more than one (1) point of measurement, the maximum total coincident demand of the Member’s system shall be determined by combining the recorded demand at each Point of Measurement during the same 60-minute interval.
Following is a one-line diagram of the facilities at each Point of Delivery and Point of Measurement.
