Point of sale sign definition

Point of sale sign means any sign advertising or designating the use, occupant of the premises, or merchandise or products sold on the premises.

  • Point of Sale means, for a Placement, the time at which an acquiror of Placement Shares entered into a contract, binding upon such acquiror, to acquire such Placement Shares.

This point can be an interconnection with another system or a substation where the transmission provider’s transmission and distribution systems are connected to another system.

  • FAA Xxxx of Sale means the xxxx of sale for the Aircraft on AC Form 8050-2 executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and recorded with the FAA.

  • Point of Impingement means any point outside the facility in the natural environment and as defined by s.2 of O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Point of origin means the specific location on carrier's system as designated in its tariff where carrier accepts petroleum product for shipment and may be referred to in other items of this tariff as "origin station or origin."

  • Initial Xxxx of Sale means the document, in the form of Attachment B hereto, executed by an authorized officer of SLM ECFC which shall (i) set forth the applicable Initial Loans offered by SLM ECFC and accepted for purchase by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding, (ii) sell, assign and convey to the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding and its assignees all rights, title and interest of SLM ECFC in the Initial Loans listed on that Xxxx of Sale and (iii) certify that the representations and warranties made by SLM ECFC as set forth in Sections 5 (A) and (B) of these Master Terms are true and correct.

  • Point of Delivery , or “POD” means the point at which electrical energy is transferred from a transmission facility owner’s Transmission Facility to a distribution system and where the electric energy so transferred is measured;

  • Point of compliance means the location(s) at the source(s) of contamination or at the location(s) between the source(s) and the point(s) of exposure where concentrations of chemicals of concern must meet applicable risk-based screening levels at Tier 1 or other target level(s) at Tier 2 or Tier 3.

  • Xxxx of Sale means the Initial Xxxx of Sale or an Additional Xxxx of Sale, as applicable.

  • Ministry Point of Impingement Limit means the appropriate Standard from Schedule 1, 2 or 3 from O.Reg. 419/05 and if a standard is not provided for a Contaminant of Concern the appropriate criteria listed in the Ministry publication titled "Summary of Standards and Guidelines to support Ontario Regulation 419: Air Pollution - Local Air Quality (including Schedule 6 of O. Reg. 419 on Upper Risk Thresholds)", dated February 2008, as amended.

  • Contract of Sale means a contract for the sale of an object by a seller to a buyer which is not an agreement as defined in (a) above;

  • Contractor Selection of Leave Trees means crop and leave trees are unmarked and will be selected by the Contractor.

  • Warranty Xxxx of Sale means the warranty (as to title) xxxx of sale covering the Aircraft executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and specifically referring to each Engine, as well as the Airframe, constituting a part of the Aircraft.

  • Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment.   • Point of Contact means the individual designated to be a Vendor’s only contact with the DCH following the public advertisement of a solicitation or the issuance of a request for a bid, proposal, or quote, until the award of a resulting contract and resolution of a Protest, if applicable.
