Point of use definition

Point of use means the point at which the actual or potential cross connection exists.
Point of use means the primary location where water is used or sewage is generated, for example, a residence, or commercial or industrial facility.
Point of use means the location within the territorial area of a Party where a customer’s end‐use facilities consume electricity, which such Party shall be entitled to provide under this Agreement, irrespective of where the customer’s point of connection or metering is located.
