Pole Location definition

Pole Location means the geographic information identifying each City Pole on which Licensee is authorized to install, operate and maintain Equipment under Pole Licenses. Pole Locations will be identified in Exhibit A-1 to each Pole License.
Pole Location means the geographic information identifying each City Pole on which Licensee is authorized to install, operate and maintain Equipment under Pole Licenses. Pole Locations will be identified in Exhibit A-2 for SFPUC or Exhibit B-2 for SFMTA to each Pole License.
Pole Location means the geographic information identifying each City Pole on which permittee is authorized to install, operate and maintain equipment. Pole location will be identified on each Encroachment permit by the City streetlight number, and/or the nearest address.

Examples of Pole Location in a sentence

  • Compliance is to be with the City’s Public Right-of-Way Management Ordinance and Design Manual in effect at the time of the Application for Collocation of a Network Node on a Service Pole Location.

  • Licensee shall place one identification plate in size, material, form, and substance strictly complying with the Approved Plans on its Equipment at each Pole Location.

  • Licensee’s Equipment is limited to that approved for a particular Pole Location in a Pole License, including any design or Equipment modifications required by other necessary approvals, subject to the final approval of SFMTA, including type of antenna and any associated utility or equipment box, power meter and/or power feed, battery backup, and ancillary equipment and infrastructure listed in a Pole License.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a taking occurs with respect to all or any portion of the Premises for less than ninety (90) days, this Master License shall remain unaffected thereby, and Licensee shall continue to perform all of the terms, conditions and covenants of this Master License, except that Licensee shall be entitled to an abatement in Rent to the extent that its use of a portion of the Premises as a Pole Location is materially impaired.

  • In addition, if Licensee wishes to replace the City Pole with a different Pole Location, the City will give priority to Licensee’s Pole License applications for an equal portion of replacement City Poles, but the grant of priority will not affect Licensee’s obligations under this Master License, including the requirement to obtain all Regulatory Approvals for the replacement City Poles.

  • The Pole Location(s) and any site constraints or installation or maintenance requirements specific to a particular Pole Location will be set out in the Pole License, which shall be subordinate to and conditioned upon the terms and conditions of this Master License.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Master License, City has no claim of ownership of Licensee’s Equipment installed on the License Area, but any structural improvements to a City Pole, replacement of a City Pole, as approved by the City, made by Licensee will become City Property and remain on the Pole Location should Licensee vacate or abandon use of the City Pole.

  • Licensee shall place one identification plate in size, material, form, and substance strictly complying with the Approved Plans on its Equipment at each Pole Location, and one identification plate with the same information on the ground near the Pole.

  • If City determines for any reason that the Permitted Use at any particular Pole Location would impede its municipal functions, it will provide notice to Licensee of City’s concerns as soon as reasonably practicable in the application review process.

  • This License Agreement alone does not authorize Licensee to place anything in the Public Right-of-Way, and can take effect only upon City’s grant of a Permit under the provisions of City Ordinance 018717 to Licensee for the Service Pole Location described in such Permit.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Site Location means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Remote location means a location from which a member of a legislative body participates in a meeting pursuant to subdivision (f), other than any physical meeting location designated in the notice of the meeting. Remote locations need not be accessible to the public.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Principal Location has the meaning assigned thereto in clause (b)(iii) of the definition of Good Reason, above.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) codes provide a unique 11-character representation of a network interconnection point. The first 8 characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last 3 characters identify the network component.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Approved Location means the site for the operation of the Franchised Business selected by Franchisee and approved in writing by Franchisor;

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Submission Location means the submission location identified as such in the Summary of Key Information.
