Pollution control facility siting appeal means an appeal of a decision made by a unit of local government filed with the Board pursuant to Section 40.1 of the Act.

Pollution control facility siting appeal means an appeal of a decision made by a unit of local government filed with the Board under Section 40.1 of the Act. "Postconsumer material" means paper, paperboard, and fibrous wastes from retail stores, office buildings, homes, and so forth, after the waste has been passed through its end usage as a consumer item, including used corrugated boxes, old newspapers, mixed waste paper, tabulating cards, and used cordage. Additionally, it includes all paper, paperboard, and other fibrous wastes that are diverted or separated from the municipal solid waste stream.   • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or "SWPPP" means a document that is prepared in accordance with good engineering practices and that identifies potential sources of pollutants that may reasonably be expected to affect the quality of stormwater discharges from the construction site, and otherwise meets the requirements of this Ordinance.
