Pool enclosure definition

Pool enclosure means a fence or barrier surrounding a pool and meets the requirements of R21-8-113(B)(2) R21-8-114(B)(2).

Pool enclosure means the barrier between the swimming pool area and the area outside which in intended to deter unauthorized entry from outside the swimming pool area. The Pool Enclosure shall provide self-closing and self-latching hardware on all gates, doors, or other access through the enclosure and shall be locked when the swimming pool is closed.
