Pooled Money Investment Account definition

Pooled Money Investment Account means the designated account within the State that is managed by the State Treasurer’s Office and governed by the Pooled Money Investment Board to invest taxpayers’ money and manage the State’s cash flow. The yield on the Account is used to set the interest rate on an approved loan at the time that the loan proceeds are disbursed to Charter Schools.

Examples of Pooled Money Investment Account in a sentence

  • For purposes of computing the compensating balances, the Treasurer shall exclude from the daily balances any amounts contained therein as a result of nondelivery of securities purchased for "cash" for the Pooled Money Investment Account and shall adjust for any deposits not credited by the bank as of the date of deposit.

  • This loan shall be repaid with interest calculated at the rate earned by the Pooled Money Investment Account at the time of transfer.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Accumulation Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • Interest Funding Account means the trust account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).

  • Excess Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent).

  • Eligible Investment means any investment that at the time of its acquisition is one or more of the following:

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of CSFB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, CSFB ABS Trust Series 2001-HE12" Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

  • Receivables Net Investment means the aggregate cash amount paid by the lenders or purchasers under any Permitted Receivables Financing in connection with their purchase of, or the making of loans secured by, Receivables Assets or interests therein, as the same may be reduced from time to time by collections with respect to such Receivables Assets or otherwise in accordance with the terms of the Permitted Receivables Documents (but excluding any such collections used to make payments of items included in clause (c) of the definition of Interest Expense); provided, however, that if all or any part of such Receivables Net Investment shall have been reduced by application of any distribution and thereafter such distribution is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason, such Receivables Net Investment shall be increased by the amount of such distribution, all as though such distribution had not been made.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Investment Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures other than Maintenance Capital Expenditures and Expansion Capital Expenditures.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Payment Account means a segregated non-interest-bearing corporate trust account maintained by the Property Trustee with the Bank in its trust department for the benefit of the Securityholders in which all amounts paid in respect of the Debentures shall be held and from which the Property Trustee shall make payments to the Securityholders in accordance with Sections 401 and 402.

  • Prior Period Investments means investments made in a previous evaluation period that are outstanding as of the examination date.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.
