POPs definition

POPs means the population covered by a license or group of licenses. Unless otherwise noted, as used in the Management Agreement, pops means the most recent ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Population Survey estimate of the population of a geographic area.
POPs as of any date, with respect to any BTA or MTA, the population of such BTA or MTA as such number is published in the then most recently issued ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Marketing Service Population Guide.
