Portfolio Chain definition

Portfolio Chain means, with respect to each Portfolio Pledgor, the collective reference to such Portfolio Pledgor and each other Person that is a Subsidiary of such Portfolio Pledgor.
Portfolio Chain means, with respect to each Managing Member, the collective reference to such Managing Member and each other Person that is a Subsidiary of such Managing Member.
