Portfolio Fee definition

Portfolio Fee means a fee equal to 2.45% per annum of the daily value of the Equity Account, calculated by the Calculation Agent on a daily basis and paid quarterly in arrears.
Portfolio Fee means 1.8%; (resettable every 3 years, subject to a maximum of 2.5%) ” Wt-1 ” means the percentage allocation of the Reference Portfolio to the Asset (“Asset Weight”) on the Valuation Day immediately preceding Valuation Day (t) (“Valuation Day (t-1)”);

  • Securitization Fees means distributions or payments made directly or by means of discounts with respect to any participation interest issued or sold in connection with, and other fees paid to a Person that is not a Securitization Subsidiary in connection with, any Qualified Securitization Facility.
