Portfolio Fee definition

Portfolio Fee means a fee equal to 2.45% per annum of the daily value of the Equity Account, calculated by the Calculation Agent on a daily basis and paid quarterly in arrears.
Portfolio Fee means the non-refundable, non-recoupable fee required to be paid by Syratech to VEW pursuant to Paragraph 9(b) during the Term to be used by VEW in its discretion in connection with advertising and promotion of the Xxxx Xxxx brand as a prestige luxury brand, which advertising and promotion may include, without limitation, master branding campaigns, fashion events or shows, charity events and/or promotions on websites (it being acknowledged and agreed that any promotion of the Licensed Products on the VEW website, other than the general promotion of the Licensed Products with other VEW products on the VEW website, if any, shall be in VEW’s discretion and shall require the payment of additional fees by Syratech to be negotiated in good faith by the Parties).

  • Consultant/Licensor acknowledges that (a) GFD may at any time determine that it does not wish to go forward with a primary offering of the Trust and, if it so determines, GFD shall not be responsible for the payment of any Portfolio Fee or License Fee under this Agreement, (b) GFD may delay the Deposit Date in its discretion, and (c) GFD has full authority to determine the length of any offering period, and may shorten or lengthen such offering period for any reason in its sole discretion.

  • The Portfolio Fee and License Fee (together the “Licensor Fees”) shall be paid on a one-time basis with respect to each Series on or before the 15th day of the second month after the close of the primary offering period for such Series (the “Payment Due Date”).
