Charity Events. Athlete agrees to consider participating in USCA sponsored community service programs and activities or events. Athlete will wear, upon request, specified USCA-provided Apparel. The Athlete agrees to learn pertinent information and to clear all speeches through the USCA prior to attending such events. The USCA will compensate the Athlete for appearance-related expenses such as travel, lodging expenses and per diem as negotiated between the Athlete and USCA, unless the Athlete agrees to waive this compensation upon request. Athlete will not be requested to make more than two (2) such appearances during the term of this Agreement.

Charity Events. Consultants may participate in local charity events at their discretion. Only one Consultant should participate in such an event, although multiple Consultants may choose to team up with each other to join forces for such an event. When registering to participate in an event, the Consultant must identify herself or himself on all registration forms as an “Independent Qyral Consultant”.

Charity Events. Up to four (4) charity banquets may be held by the Employer in each calendar year where Banquet staff would forego gratuities for the benefit of the charity. Notice of these charity events will be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the date of the charity banquet. A copy of the notice will be forwarded to the Union office at the time of posting.
Charity Events. Every year we raise thousands of pounds for charity both locally and across the world by getting involved in lots of fun events. In recent years the whole school have collected for St Basil’s homeless shelter in Birmingham, Readathon, Comic Relief, Xxxxxx’s Fund, St Mary’s Hospice, NICE (National Institute for Conductive Education) and Team Africa. We hope your child will get involved when they join Camp Hill and we look forward to their input. Use of grounds Cycling is not allowed on the school grounds. Students must not walk across the games pitches at the start and end of the school day. Students must follow the walkway around the car park area; nobody should take a shortcut across the car park. Students can use the playground and the front field at lunchtime, weather dependent. The music block is available for those who want to rehearse or have a music lesson. Years 7 – 11 are not allowed in the Sixth Form Centre. Contacting the School In addition to the schedule of Parents' Consultation Evenings, there will be times when parents will want to speak to an individual member of staff. Please telephone and ask to speak to the specific member of staff if it is a subject-based concern. If they are unavailable leave a contact number and a brief message, if appropriate, about what needs to be discussed. If the concern is not subject-specific or of a more personal nature, please contact your child’s Form Tutor.   • Special Events During the Term of the Agreement, the Concessionaire may schedule events for dates up to 12 months after the Agreement’s end date. For all events scheduled during the 12-month post-agreement period, the Concessionaire will provide a copy of the original event contract to the Department. All special event contracts for events after the Agreement’s end date must provide notice that the contract may be assigned to another concessionaire at the Department’s request. The Department may either issue a permit authorizing the Concessionaire to fulfill these event obligations or require the Concessionaire to assign the contracts and deposits to another concessionaire. In the event of a cancellation, the Concessionaire will not pursue or accept a replacement date or event, unless the Department’s Agreement Manager gives written pre-approval. After the Agreement’s end date, the Concessionaire will not schedule any additional events or reschedule existing events.

  • Qualified Charitable Distributions If you are age 70½ or older, you may take tax-free Xxxx XXX distributions of up to $100,000 per year and have these distributions paid directly to certain charitable organizations. Special tax rules may apply.
