Portion B definition

Portion B means (i) the last twenty five per cent (25%) of the Maximum Tranche Amount in respect of Tranche A or Tranche A (as the context may require) and (ii) the last twenty four point eight seven per cent (24.87%) of the Maximum Tranche Amount in respect of Tranche B or Tranche B (as the context may require);
Portion B means that portion of Expansion Space B labeled on Exhibit A attached hereto consisting of approximately 4,584 rentable square feet located on the 8th floor of the Building.
Portion B. Shall have the meaning indicated in the Payment Schedule.

  • Portion is defined in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Treatment zone means a soil area of the unsaturated zone of a land treatment unit within which hazardous constituents are degraded, transformed, or immobilized.
