Examples of POSCO Parts in a sentence

  • During the Term, FCE grants POSCO Power the right to use “FCE” marks, in connection with the labeling, advertising or sale of POSCO Products and POSCO Parts that POSCO Products and POSCO Parts made by it are “manufactured under license of FUELCELL ENERGY, INC., U.S.A.”, or any other similar statement, to the extent that such is, in fact, the case.

  • FCE agrees that for the three-year period from the Effective Date of this Agreement, it shall provide technical training in the on-site servicing of POSCO Parts and POSCO Products, including on-site and classroom training, pursuant to the TTP.
