Possession means having a weapon on the student’s body or in an area under the student’s control. “Weapon” means any:
Possessions means any goods over which the pupil has or appears to have control – this includes desks, lockers and bags.
Possessor means a natural person who has physical control over a gift certificate.
Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

Debtors in Possession means the Debtors in their capacity as debtors in possession in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to sections 1101, 1107(a), and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Delivery into consignees store or to his site means delivered and unloaded in the specified store or depot or on the specified site in compliance with the conditions of the contract or order, the supplier bearing all risks and charges involved until the supplies are so delivered and a valid receipt is obtained.
port of entry means a port of entry in the United States, as defined by part 101 of the customs regulations (19 CFR part 101), or a user fee airport authorized under 19 U.S.C. 58b and list- ed in part 122 of the customs regula- tions (19 CFR part 122).
Condemnor means any public or quasi-public authority, or private corporation or individual, having the power of Condemnation.
Commencement of Foreclosure The first official action required under local law in order to commence foreclosure proceedings or to schedule a trustee's sale under a deed of trust, including (i) in the case of a mortgage, any filing or service of process necessary to commence an action to foreclose, or (ii) in the case of a deed of trust, posting, the publishing, filing or delivery of a notice of sale, but not including in either case (x) any notice of default, notice of intent to foreclose or sell or any other action prerequisite to the actions specified in (i) or (ii) above, (y) the acceptance of a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure (whether in connection with a sale of the related property or otherwise) or (z) initiation and completion of a short pay-off.
Date of Entry means the date this Consent Decree is approved or signed by the United States District Court Judge.
the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract
Certificate of Occupancy means a document issued by the Town certifying that the building or structure, or portion thereof, complies with the approved construction documents that have been submitted to, and approved by the Town, and indicating that the building or structure, or portion thereof, is in a condition suitable for occupancy.
Transient occupancy means occupancy in transient lodging that has all of the following
Industrial use means the use of natural gas, electricity, heat, coal, fuel oil, or other fuels:
Requisition means any temporary requisition or confiscation of the use or occupancy of any of the Leased Premises by any governmental authority, civil or military, whether pursuant to an agreement with such governmental authority in settlement of or under threat of any such requisition or confiscation, or otherwise.
Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);
Renter – shall mean any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement.
Registered Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration or other document issued, filed with, or recorded by any private, state, government or other legal authority.
General anesthesia means a drug-induced loss of consciousness during which patients are not arousable, even by painful stimulation. The ability to independently maintain ventilatory function is often impaired. Patients often require assistance in maintaining a patent airway, and positive pressure ventilation may be required because of depressed spontaneous ventilation or drug-induced depression of neuromuscular function. Cardiovascular function may be impaired.
Security Property means all right, title and interest in, to and under any Security Document, including:
Occupancy means the use or intended use of a building or part thereof for the shelter or support of persons, animals or property.
Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;
Expropriation ’ means the compulsory acquisition of property by an expropriating authority or an organ of state upon request to an expropriating authority, and ‘‘expropriate’’ has a corresponding meaning;
Occupy “Occupation” and “Occupied” means occupation for the purposes of the Planning Permission but not including occupation by personnel engaged in the construction fitting out or decoration or occupation for marketing or display or occupation in relation to security operations
Seizure means any action by FDA or any other Regulatory Authority to detain or destroy Product or prevent the release of Product.
