Postsecondary education system definition

Postsecondary education system means the following public institutions: University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, Eastern Kentucky University, Kentucky State University, Morehead State University, Murray State University, Northern Kentucky University, Western Kentucky University, and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System;

Postsecondary education system means those educational courses and programs, not within the jurisdiction of the superintendent of public instruction, being offered beyond secondary education by institutions of higher education in the state of Washington to those who hold a certificate of completion or high school diploma which includes academic, vocational, technical or professional training traditionally leading to an associate, baccalaureate or higher degree or a certificate of achievement.
