Potential Early Amortisation Event definition

Potential Early Amortisation Event means any event or condition which, but for the giving of any notice or the lapse of any time period or both required for an Early Amortisation Event to occur under Article 13, would constitute an Early Amortisation Event.
Potential Early Amortisation Event means an event which but for the lapse of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute an Early Amortisation Event.
Potential Early Amortisation Event means any condition, event or act which, with the lapse of time and/or the issue, making or giving of any notice, certification, declaration, demand, determination and/or request and/or the taking of any similar action and/or the fulfilment of any similar condition, could constitute an Early Amortisation Event.
