Master Plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual contract plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual contract plans, provided the master plan has been approved.
Operational Plan means a Forest Stewardship Plan, Woodlot Licence Plan, a Range Use Plan, or Range Stewardship Plan, as those terms are defined in provincial forest and range legislation;
Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).
BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.
Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;
Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
Seller 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6(e) below.
Area plan or “multiyear area plan” means a document, developed in accordance with the uniform area plan format and IAPI issued by the department, that is submitted to the department every four years, with annual updates, by an AAA in order to receive subgrants from the department’s grants.
Seller Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained, or contributed to, by the Seller, any Subsidiary or any ERISA Affiliate.
Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).
Statutory Plan means a plan required in terms of any legislation, including but not limited to, any structure plan, land use plan, zoning scheme, integrated development plan, water services plan, skills development plan and employment equity plan;
Buyer 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(h).
Other Plan means any of the following plans, other than this Plan, providing benefits or services for medical or dental care or treatment:
Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.
Restoration Plan means all technical and organisational measures necessary for the restoration of the system back to normal state;
Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.
Project Implementation Plan means the Project Implementation Plan referred to in paragraph 3 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plan;
State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.
Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.
Basin plan means the same as “water quality control plan” as defined in Division 7 (commencing with Section 13000) of the Water Code. Basin Plans are adopted by each Regional Water Board, approved by the State Water Board and the Office of Administrative Law, and identify surface water and groundwater bodies within each Region’s boundaries and establish, for each, its respective beneficial uses and water quality objectives. Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.
flight plan means specified information provided to air traffic services units, relative to an intended flight or portion of a flight of an aircraft;
Merit system plan means those regulations adopted by the Board in the development and operation
Mining Plan means a mining plan drawn in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section
Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:
