Power Plan definition

Power Plan means the Regional plan promulgated from time to time by the Northwest Power and Conservation Council to guide the Administrator’s electric power resource acquisitions as provided by the Northwest Power Act.
Power Plan means an Employee Benefit Plan sponsored, maintained, or contributed to by Power or its Affiliates or with respect to which Power or its Affiliates have any liability.
Power Plan means the specific energy plan selected by you for the purchase of Power from morEnergy/Blue Power under this Agreement.

Related to Power Plan
