Energy Plan definition

Energy Plan means one of our home energy plans. You can see a list of the
Energy Plan means the energy plan that you have selected for the provision of electricity or natural gas to a Site, or both, as confirmed in your Energy Plan Confirmation.
Energy Plan. The energy plan you choose for electricity and/or gas as described on the Sign-Up Confirmation, or one we offer from time to time that you select.

Examples of Energy Plan in a sentence

  • Subject to its terms and conditions, this Agreement will: (i) commence on the date that you receive an Energy Plan Confirmation from ATCO indicating acceptance of your application to have ATCO arrange for the supply of Energy to the Site(s) (be it in person, by phone or online); and (ii) continue until the expiry of the Energy Plan that you select (with the term of your selected Energy Plan starting on the Enrollment Date), (collectively, the “Initial Term”).

  • The Energy Charge that you must pay for the provision of Energy to the Site(s) will depend on the Energy Plan that you have selected as confirmed in your Energy Plan Confirmation.

More Definitions of Energy Plan

Energy Plan means an energy plan set out in the Contract Schedule. Energy Plan End Date defined in clause 8.1(b). Energy Plan Period is defined in clause 8.1(a). Expected Energy Plan End Date means the last day of the number of years or months of the Expected Energy Plan Period specified in the Contract Schedule, calculated from the first day of the Energy Plan Period (as determined in accordance with clause 8.1(a)). Electricity Market Retail Contract - March 2019 | 33 Expected Energy Plan Period means the period between the first day of the Energy Plan Period (as determined in accordance with clause 8.1(a)) and the Expected Energy Plan End Date, inclusive. Financially Responsible in respect of the premises, means financially responsible in the wholesale electricity market for electricity supplied to the premises. Energy Plan means the terms on which you receive any applicable benefits, rewards and discounts when you receive supply of electricity from us for a specific Minimum Period as set out in the relevant Offer.
Energy Plan means a contract for the sale and Supply of Energy at the Supply Address (as varied from time to time), which is made up of:

  • Health benefits plan means a benefits plan which pays or

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • fall protection plan means a documented plan, which includes and provides for -

  • Recovery Plan means a recovery plan drawn up and maintained by an institution in accordance with Article 5;

  • Energy efficiency means the ratio of output of performance, service, goods or energy, to input of energy;

  • Source Protection Plan means a drinking water source protection plan prepared under the Clean Water Act, 2006;

  • Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.
