PPP Laws definition

PPP Laws means the Paycheck Protection Program under the CARES Act, the CARES Act, the SBA’s interpretation of the CARES Act and of the Paycheck Protection Program Interim Final Rule, the Small Business Act, the rules and regulations issued by any Governmental Authority in respect of any of the foregoing, and any other Laws applicable to the PPP Loan.
PPP Laws means the CARES Act and the PPP, together with other federal statutes, regulations, administrative guidance, and SBA requirements that are now, or may later become, applicable to the Loan, the Lender or the Borrower.
PPP Laws means the Paycheck Protection Program under the CARES Act, the CARES Act, the SBA’s published guidance regarding the CARES Act and the Paycheck Protection Program Interim Final Rule, the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. 14A et seq., and the rules and regulations issued by any Governmental Entity in respect of any of the foregoing.

  • For purposes of this Section 8.7 the Forgiven Amount shall be deemed forgiven only after: (i) the PPP Lender has completed its review of the PPP Loan Forgiveness Application, determined that the applicable Group Company is entitled to forgiveness of the PPP Loan under all applicable PPP Laws and reported such decision to the SBA in writing and (ii) the SBA has remitted the applicable Forgiven Amount to the PPP Lender.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

  • FDA Laws means all applicable statutes (including the FDCA), rules and regulations implemented administered or enforced by the FDA (and any foreign equivalent).

  • Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.

  • Trade Laws means, with respect to any Person, all applicable customs, import and export Laws in jurisdictions in which such Person or any of its Subsidiaries does business or is otherwise subject to jurisdiction.

Parts 500 et seq. (implementing the economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC).

  • U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws means those laws, executive orders, enabling legislation or regulations administered and enforced by the United States pursuant to which economic sanctions have been imposed on any Person, entity, organization, country or regime, including the Trading with the Enemy Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Iran Sanctions Act, the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act and any other OFAC Sanctions Program.

  • Law" or "Laws means any federal, state or local government law, rules or regulations applicable to the Project.

  • Regulatory Laws means all Applicable Laws governing (i) the import, export, testing, investigation, manufacture, marketing or sale of the Product, (ii) establishing recordkeeping or reporting obligations, (iii) any Field Action or (iv) similar regulatory matters.

  • Ex-Im Laws means all applicable Laws relating to export, re-export, transfer, and import controls, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, the customs and import Laws administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the EU Dual Use Regulation.

  • Requirements of Laws means any foreign, federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations, rules, codes or ordinances enacted, adopted, issued or promulgated by any Governmental Body (including, without limitation, those pertaining to electrical, building, zoning, environmental and occupational safety and health requirements) or common law.

  • Federal Cannabis Laws means any U.S. federal laws, civil, criminal or otherwise, as such relate, either directly or indirectly, to the cultivation, harvesting, production, distribution, sale and possession of cannabis, marijuana or related substances or products containing or relating to the same, including, without limitation, the prohibition on drug trafficking under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a), et seq., the conspiracy statute under 18 U.S.C. § 846, the bar against aiding and abetting the conduct of an offense under 18 U.S.C. § 2, the bar against misprision of a felony (concealing another’s felonious conduct) under 18 U.S.C. § 4, the bar against being an accessory after the fact to criminal conduct under 18 U.S.C. § 3, and federal money laundering statutes under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956, 1957, and 1960 and the regulations and rules promulgated under any of the foregoing.
